Get ready for an action-packed weekend filled with music, ceremony, family-friendly fun, and community spirit, alongside a range of satellite events across the CBD and Glen Innes Highlands.

With over 75 market, food & beverage stalls at the festival, including many that are artisanal, Celtic-inspired crafts and fare are a feature of the Festival.

The Celtic Cauldron is a welcoming marquee where music, language, and culture come together in one vibrant hub, “brewing” fresh experiences and knowledge to share. Alive with session music, hands-on music workshops, and opportunities to engage with Celtic languages, visitors can dive into a range of presentations and demonstrations throughout the weekend. From the lively Poets’ Breakfast to interactive creative sessions, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and participate in. The Celtic Cauldron is designed as an inclusive gathering place, inviting people to connect and relax. Whether you come to play, listen, or simply soak up the atmosphere, this marquee offers the chance to meet new people, celebrate community, and experience the living traditions of Celtic music, song and language in an inspiring environment.
Whilst the main festival event is held over two days at the Australian Standing Stones National Celtic Monument, additional festival fringe events are held at other locations around Glen Innes Highlands, many of which are free!
Local businesses also organise and host their own events, contributing to the festival atmosphere around town for our locals and visitors.
